INTERIOR DESIGN
$75 per hour rate for Interior Design services.
Retail merchandise is sold at cost. Wholesale merchandise is sold at cost plus 30%.

DESIGN COACHING
$75 per hour rate for Design Coaching services.
Design Concept Packages range in price depending on the level of services provided and scope of project, please inquire.

FURNITURE DESIGN
$75 per hour rate for Furniture Design services.
Fabrication services are billed at cost plus 30%.

COLOR CONSULTATION
$300 for up to 2 hours (price includes color report)

FULL STAGING & PARTIAL STAGING
Complimentary Estimate
Full and Partial Staging pricing ranges from $1.50 – $3.00 per square foot depending on each unique project. Our staging prices are calculated by the amount of square footage being staged, the level of aesthetic and architectural style of the property, location and ease of installation, and our attention to detail within each living space. A site visit ensures an accurate quote for your specific listing. First month’s price includes design, installation, and delivery/pick-up of rental furnishings. Additional months are rented at 30% of the initial price.
